Access to www.foher.co (Site) is conditional on your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Statement. In other words, by accessing or using this website, you consent to our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Use and by using the Site, you agree to comply with these terms. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site and not to information collected offline.
FOHER Corespects your privacy and as such will take the necessary precautions to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Government). Any Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Government)) that you share with us will be treated with care and respect it deserves. The following Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and what we use it for. We will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our blog and/or newsletter or upload/share photos. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, gender, e-mail address, full name, date of birth, mailing address and/or mobile phone number, and other personal information such as what type of bike you ride (!), and in doing so, you willingly disclose such information.
We use your Personal Information to provide you with information, process your orders and for any related or ancillary purposes, including, without limitation (a) to process transactions; (b) to personalise your experience; (c) to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you; (d) to improve customer service by responding to your customer service requests and support needs; (e) to enable us to comply with any regulatory reporting and legal obligations; and (f) to enable us to transfer the same to any successors and/or assigns of our business.
Occasionally, we'll have to request additional information from you (such as name, age, address, mobile telephone number, email address, city location and credit card information) when you make purchases. Have you heard of Cookies? We’re not talking about the edible chocolate chip infused cookies (yum...and dang!). Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring. Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.
Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.
CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you.
WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.
HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.
These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.
