Introducing Rhapsody. This product is the perfect run training buddy and a training essential. For the Hipster, we set out to create a core run product that ties into your triathlon training: an understated yet technical workhorse ready for the rigors of everyday training. The key is how it functions while running for differing strides and for a long period of time. With a power fabric banded leg, you'll get comfort and a no ride up.
In general, feedback suggests these fit true to size. However some customers find they fit on the smaller side. If you are unsure please email us with your measurements for a personalised fit consult :-)

If you love your FOHER it will love you right back! Follow these steps to keep your kit in tip top shape:
- If not washing immediately, rinse then air before washing.
- Suncream, chamois cream, sweat and energy/hydration producs play havoc with lycra, rinse!!
- Turn printed garments inside out to wash.
- Wash on sport or gentle cycle in cold water or water up to 30 degrees Celsius.
- Only use a sportswash or gentle detergent.
- Avoid excessive abrasion eg. check edges of hydration packs or run belts for sharp points, avoid sitting on rough surfaces, check rub sports on your saddle etc.
- Wash like with like, use washbag for fine garments like cycle jersey's, fasten zips, remove velcro or place in separate wash bag.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Air dry in the shade.
- Use steam or a sports wash like Canesten to eliminate odours.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring. Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.
Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.
CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you.
WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.
HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.
These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.

After finding out about these groovy hipster tights, and reading the reviews, I was excited to get my first pair of FOHER Hipster tights and hope to rock them out at the UTA (I almost ordered 2, but glad I didn't). I couldn't love them as much as I'd liked to, and I've accepted that some products are not always for everyone. :( The waist band slides down under my small belly, whether I'm walking or running. So now, when I do wear them, I only stick to low intensity exercise. I followed the size guide and ordered an XL, it was good around my legs, but felt I needed to go smaller for more support around the waist. Instead of going down a size to L, thought I'd change to size M, because my other actice wear is size 12 or M (H:170cm and W:78kg), but again, it was good around my thighs, but the band would eventually slide down several times. I must say I love the print, material and it hugs my legs nicely, but unfortunately it isn't suited to my body shape.

We have adjusted the waistband moving forward to make it a little firmer but not restrictive. I usually have issues with items that fit well around my thighs but are too big for my waist (or fit my waist but thighs say no!) These are *really* comfortable and a good length (mid thigh). I wear a size M and am 171cm/ 63kgs.
Bought my first pair of these 6 months ago as I wanted a pair of shorts that didn't ride up as I ran and the band around the leg is designed to prevent this. I find that they ride up a little bit when I start out but as soon as you start a bit of a sweat on they are immovable (in the best way!)
I have bought two extra pairs since and they are so handy. I use them for running and gym work. They're a bit of an investment but I would recommend - they're hard wearing and easy to wash (and dry super fast). Absolutely grab yourself (at least) a pair.
