1. When does the sale go live? The Bright Friday sale commences 7amAEST Thursday 27th November 2025. So check your time-zone and set your alarms because once the sale goes live things will go flying! Sale ends 11.59pm AEST Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
Thursday 27th November 7am AEST - SALE GOES LIVE with 25% off run hipsters for 25 minutes ONLY! Run hipsters revert to 15% off after 25mins. MATRIX is excluded from the sale. Selected apparel will be available between 15% and up to 70% off.
Friday 28th November - Free Shipping Friday! All orders placed Friday will qualify for free shipping. To activate free shipping, you will need to enter the code provided in the email which will be sent first thing Friday morning.
Saturday 29th November - Win your order back! One of the first 100 orders placed today only will have a chance to have your order refunded plus win an additional $300 store credit. The credit will be activated on Monday 8th December and is valid for 30 days only. No rainchecks. No extensions. Can not be combined with other offers.
Sunday 30th November - MYSTERY DROP and DISCOUNT ANNOUNCED.
Monday 1st December - FREE mystery gift with every purchase over $300. This will be automatically added to cart.
Tuesday 2nd December - Last chance to shop up to 70% off.
Wednesday 3rd December - Sale ends.
2. What will be on sale? Everything except for the MATRIX Game Changers, ROYAL NAVY Game Changers and our Gift Cards will be discounted across our website. Besides the launch flash sale, you won't need to apply a discount code as prices will already be marked down.
3. Will other discounts or promo codes be valid during the sale? No. You won't be able to combine any pre-existing sale codes or use any other offer in conjunction with this sale. However we will be doing some exciting things during the sale period, so make sure you keep an eye out for those!
4. How long til my order is shipped? We are expecting a higher than normal volume of orders and estimate it could take us up to 7 days to process orders and begin shipping them. If you are in a rush, we suggest purchasing the priority dispatch option at checkout to skip the queue and get your order out first!
5. What if I just ordered and missed out on the sale? Unfortunately we cannot retrospectively apply the BRIGHT FRIDAY discounts to orders placed outside the sale period. Any BRIGHT FRIDAY discounts, gifts and promos are only available during the sale period.
6. Can I make changes to my order? Unfortunately no. Our small team works so hard during this super busy period providing customer service, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the sale goes without a hitch that we aren't able to accommodate any order changes or cancellations once payment has been received.
7. How long will the sale run for? Our BRIGHT FRIDAY sale runs for a very limited time. To make sure you don't miss out, we highly recommend placing your order as quickly as you can. While some styles are preorder, many are limited so we anticipate popular styles and sizes will sell out quickly.
8. What if my order contains a preorder? We urge you to read the product description as all garments that are on sale via preorder are clearly labelled as preorder. If your order contains a preorder garment, we will contact you and outline the preorder t&c's and your options.
9. Will I be able to return any items purchased during the sale? Yes, some items can be returned for an exchange or store credit. However anything that is marked as final sale/last one/final clearance/sample/last chance is not returnable in any instance. Ensure you read the product description and view the product images of these items, as any defects will be noted.
10. Try Before You Buy will not be available during this dale period.
11. How can I be ready for the sale? We recommend getting your best size down pat right now. Head to our size guide HERE, check your measurements against our size guide. If you still aren't sure, get in touch for our free personalised fit consult ahead of the sale going live as we may take longer to respond to your emails during the sale period. This promotion and sale consists of pre discounted stock (with the exception of Gift Cards). Discounts are visible at the product page and are reflected at cart and checkout level. Styles will be available between 15% and up to 70% off, some styles are exempt from the sale. FOHER Co reserves the rights to amend this sale and promotion period or terms if required. This sale and promotion is for both domestic and international customers.
Discounts are only applicable during the aforementioned sale period and not applicable nor redeemable on any order made outside the sale period.
No other promotions, discounts or offers are able to be used in conjunction with this sale and promotion.
All orders placed under this sale are final with cancellations or adjustment to order unable to be made. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order.
