This promotion and sale consists of pre discounted stock (with the exception of Gift Cards) and gift with purchase (GWP) with minimum spends. Discounts are visible at the product page and is reflected at cart and checkout level. FOHER Co reserves the rights to amend this sale and promotion period or terms if required. This sale and promotion is for both domestic and international customers. Discounts and GWP are not applicable/redeemable for past orders. No other promotions, discounts or offers are able to be used in conjunction with this sale and promotion. All orders placed under this sale are final with cancellations or adjustment to order unable to be made. Orders are able to be returns for exchange or store credit note if required noting further T&Cs below. Please select styles, sizes and gift with purchases carefully. GIFT WITH PURCHASE

When the minimum spend of $250 is met you will automatically qualify for the gift with purchase/s. GWP are non-exchangeable. FOHER reserves the right to send a different GWP than selected at cart depending on stock availability. Please note GWP item/s RRP do not count towards minimum spend amount. 

SHIPPING & DISPATCH TIMES

Due to the high volume of orders during this sale period, please note that there may be a delay of up to 15 business days for dispatch as our team carefully packs your order. FOHER is unable to facilitate urgent orders and all orders will be packed and dispatched in the order that they're placed. Thank you for your patience during this time and please keep this in mind when you are purchasing your FOHER pieces and considering delivery dates. Please keep this, and courier delivery times during this peak period, in mind when estimating delivery dates. FOHER is not liable for any delays during the courier process. FOHER recommends opting for Insurance available at checkout.  

COMMUNICATION DELAYS

During this sale period, FOHER expects an increase in communication which may result in delays of up to 7 business days on communication. Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this time. 

ADJUSTED RETURNS PERIOD + PROCESSING

For items purchased during our Black Friday sales period, please expect an extended returns window of 45 days from the order being placed to account for any postage or dispatch delays. Please be aware that there may be a delay of up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Please consider FOHER's office closure period Wednesday 20 December 2023 to Monday 8 January 2024 when expecting your return to be processed. 

SALE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased during the Black Friday period may be returned for a store credit note or exchange. Like-for-like exchanges (eg. a crop exchange in a different print or size) will not attract any additional charges after the sales period has ceased. Exchanges for a different item (eg. a crop for a run hipster) will be exchanged at the RRP of the new product after the sale has ceased. If any additional payment is required, this will be collected when the exchange is processed. If an exchanged item is less than the original item, a store credit note for the difference in price will be issued when the exchange is processed. Store credit notes are issued at the cost that the item was purchased for.
