We hope you love our kit as much as we do. However, it is important to familiarise yourself with our General Returns and Exchanges Policy and Archive SVC Policy before making any purchases.
We understand that shopping online can present some issues if you are unfamiliar with our garments. Please refer to our comprehensive sizing chart and seriously grab the tape measure and measure up (!) before selecting your garment.

1. Contact us - either fill our out contact form, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase - Your return must be received by us within 30 days of us sending your gear to you.
2. In your returns package to us, you must include a copy of your tax invoice, a completed Returns and Exchanges Form, and the tags must still be attached to the garment.
3. Your gear must be returned unwashed and unworn (tried on is absolutely fine!). Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs (or smells for that matter) any of being worn :-(
4. You as the customer are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges.
First, please accept our sincere apologies. We absolutely pride ourselves on our superior quality kit, because we want you (and all your mates!) to LOVE it – from up close, from far away, after training, racing, running and riding in it all day.
Here are the options:
1. It is our right under Australian Consumer Law to first assess and repair the item. If repair is not possible, then:
2. We could exchange the faulty item with a flawless one immediately at our cost;
3. We can issue a store credit to be applied on any FOHER items of your choice.
4. Sad face....we will issue you a full refund.
Nope :-( Sale items can only be returned if they are faulty.
Please ensure your sizing is correct before placing your pre-order. Ask all the questions, measure up! We can only exchange if your size is in stock.
Otherwise, pre-order and made-to-order kit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are custom made and not normally offered for sale. As these kits are specially made, once the order has been received we are unable to accept cancellations of the order
Pre-order items can be purchased now however they will only be shipped at the stated date or shortly after. Please note details on item description for lead times of pre-order items.
Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.
If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives.
If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two separate purchases or pay an additional shipping fee.
We will only exchange a pre-order if the size is in stock.
The first step is to let us know so please fill out our contact form with all the deets including especially the item you are returning, and we'll do everything we can to turn that frown upside down! We will forward you an exchange form.
Once we have received your returned products and completed exchange form, your exchange will be processed, and we will do our best to process the exchange within 14 working days.
** IMPORTANT – FOHER takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance or use a trackable postal service before sending the items.
Returns will only be accepted for faulty garments or in the event an error has been made by us. Unfortunately we can not accept a return for a change of mind.
We understand that at times there are some valid circumstances for the request for a returned item. FOHER will take a case by case approach to the request for a returned item, however, we reserve the right for the final determination of a request of this nature.
Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring. Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.
Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.
CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you.
WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.
HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.
These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.
