We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200. You can elect to choose express for $15, or express with signature required on delivery if your order is urgent.
For orders under $200, a flat rate $15 express shipping applies, or you can opt for an $18 express shipping with a signature required on delivery. Australian orders may elect to purchase shipping insurance at checkout.
International shipping varies from $20-$30 and is calculated at checkout.
If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item has been made and is ready to ship.
However, if you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two separate purchases or pay an additional shipping fee.
We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours of it being placed. As most of our products are manufactured in limited release quantities, dispatch times may vary according to availability. If an item is out of stock, you are often able to purchase it via our Archive Kit Preorder SVC.
When new products arrive, we may take a few extra days to catch up on our order processing. We will always ensure you receive a dispatched notice when your order has left the FOHER Co Building!
FOHER Co processes orders and ships only during regular office hours from Monday to Friday. Like true blue Aussies, we LOVE to relax (er-hem…train!) on weekends and public holidays.
Once an order has left our processing office, it is in the care of the shipping provider, whom in turn depends on where you live. FOHER Co is not liable for any errors made by these services. We suggest you purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout.
We know you will be excited to receive your kit, but please open the package with care – no scissor attacks please. FOHER Co is not liable for any items damaged when you open your package.
AUSTRALIA
For Australian orders under $200, we choose Australia Post's standard post delivery service which can take between 5 to 14 days. All parcels come with tracking.
The estimated delivery time of express orders within Australia is 1-3 business days after shipment, but for those of us living in remote areas even express post can take a few extra days. Nonetheless, each parcel is able to be traced.
Shipping Insurance
We suggest selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout, which is calculated as a percentage of your order. We offer this service for the protection of our customers against loss or theft of their purchases during shipping.

Coverage: The insurance covers the replacement value of the item being shipped and is limited to the purchase value of the item.

Eligible Purchases: All items purchased on www.foher.co and shipped within Australia are eligible for cover under this policy.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage or loss resulting from acts of nature (such as floods, earthquakes and cyclones), war, terrorism or any other similar events outside of the control of FOHER Co

This policy does NOT cover items for which proof of delivery has been supplied by Australia Post and its subsidiaries, even if the customer claims that the item was not received.

Claims Process: In the event of loss or theft, the customer must notify FOHER Co within 3 business days of lack of receipt of the item. FOHER Co will then initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and, if the claim is approved, will provide a replacement item. If a replacement is not in stock, a store credit to the value of the purchase will be issued.

Limitation of Liability: FOHER Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loss or damage of the items being shipped.

Modification of Policy: FOHER Co reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and will post any changes on the FOHER Co website.
By purchasing an item on www.foher.co, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Shipping Protection Insurance Policy and all other terms and conditions on this page.
As we are located in Australia, the Australian consumer laws will apply. Australian sellers are required to repair or replace a product that is defective, amongst other things, but these consumer guarantees do not extend to replacing an item that was posted by us using Australia Post services, which was subsequently lost by Australia Post.
If you are not home when the parcel is delivered, a note may be left and you will be required to pick up the package from the Australia Post Office.
Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
INTERNATIONAL
We choose to use Australia Post and their partners for our international deliveries. This service provides a reliable delivery within usually 3 to 14 business days. A unique tracking code is also provided to help you track your kit along its journey to you.
If you would like us to add an additional service like extra insurance cover and/or signature on delivery, then let us know. The price of these services vary so just ask us. We highly recommend you take out such additional cover in case a parcel is lost in transit, which does happen from time to time. Should your parcel go missing whilst in the hands of a carrier, we are not liable. Excludes North America.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
In some countries, customs or import duties may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. FOHER Co has no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be, so please do not ask us to alter your invoice. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
