As a primarily female specific brand, we know that the biggest barriers to moving aren't always physical. For more than 12 years we've been listening to female athletes, racing alongside them and designing apparel around the realities of female bodies. Sometimes, the biggest barriers to us living our biggest lives are the stories we tell ourselves.
I'm too old.
I'm too slow.
I'm not fit enough.
Maybe next year.
We don't believe those stories.
We believe every woman deserves to take up space, chase ambitious goals and define success on her own terms.
That's why FOHER is more than performance apparel. It's a community for athletes who choose movement, courage and adventure, and importantly, show up exactly as they are.
Because movement isn't about becoming someone else. It's about reconnecting with who you've been all along.

FOHER Co was born in around 2012, after feedback from female triathletes who were grinding day in day out in rural communities and cities, and competing at local events and internationally, said they wanted better kit. We agreed, ladies deserved better. We set about to create kit that was comfortable, flattering, stylish, bright and fun, and that imparted a distinct Aussie personality to our sport. And we succeeded.
The Company was established and launched in 2014 at the Noosa Triathlon and Multisport Festival, FOHER Co was the first women's specific triathlon apparel brand in Australia.
After an overwhelming demand from our supportive male community (who we believe wanted in on the something special we had created for our FOHETTE's), FOHER Co became fully inclusive and launched a range of garments for our brothers, or FOBRO's in May 2019.
The FOHER Co business philosophy remains centred around being positive, inclusive and providing a platform that encourages, empowers and inspires men and particularly women into an active lifestyle that they love doing all year round with us.
For so many people, their journey into triathlon begins as a spectator or supporter at an event. First thoughts on seeing competitors usually run to 'These people are stark raving mad!!'. But when they see the elation, the emotion and the pure joy on participants faces at crossing that finish line and smashing through those barriers, thoughts can definitely run to 'I want in!'.
When you slip into your FOHER Co suit, you join a global community of FOHETTES and FOBROS fuelling their tri-fire around the planet. Ladies and gents who are taking their first step, maybe just like you. Or ladies and gents looking for that edge in their performance, just like you.
When you pass another FOHETTE or FOBRO on course, smash them a high five and yell some support!
