WHAT IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NOT SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?

This usually means we have sold out! Should an item be replaced we will be sure to let you know via our social media avenues and update our website.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL?

Sometimes! All website (Shop Online) orders are processed via our website , but if you have a specific query please don't hesitate to fill our our contact form here contact us or email info@foher.co. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

FOHER PTY LTD accepts POLi and Afterpay (for Australian Customers only), Master Card, Visa, PayPal and FOHER Gift Vouchers. We do not offer Cheque, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods. 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON FOHER.CO?

Yes, shopping at www.foher.co is safe and secure. Transactions are processed though the secure eWAY payment facility. To see how eWAY protects customer card data, please refer to their website.

WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD SHOWS MULTIPLE CHARGES?

If you see multiple charges on your card then you either:
a) clicked 'submit' more then once at the checkout stage due to poor internet connection
b) moved back to update and or change your order or details.

If you notice multiple charges please contact us immediately and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

You must enter the promotional code in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout and click 'apply'. The application of the promotion will then be visible in your cart.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Sometimes! If you get in touch with us right away, we may be able to help you. However once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Domestic Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked with directly with Australia Post at http://auspost.com.au/track/ . If you wish to add a Signature on Delivery, you must purchase that option at checkout. 

New Zealand and all other internationally shipped orders are sent via Australia Post using their international service. Delivery is usually within 3 - 14 days.  You will be provided with a unique code that you can use to track your parcel along its journey.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order can not be cancelled. If you wish to exchange or return or order please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy.

RETURNS

Refunds are available for all full priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Curvy by Caprisoca Swimwear has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Curvy by Capriosca Swimwear reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via

email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Curvy by

Capriosca Swimwear will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Curvy by Capriosca Swimwear. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on

your Curvy by Capriosca Swimwear account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card/PayPal/Afterpay account that the payment had originally come from.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring.  Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.  

Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.

CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you. 

WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.

HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.

HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.

These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.
