POCKETS!!! FOHER Co Game Changers are a five star run hipsters and they sure have been changing the game for our runstars! Due to popular demand, we've this stunning navy design with a bright pop of our signature pink and teal!
Featuring bilateral side pockets for those who need a little extra space for their phones and other run stuff, alongside a longer 8.5" inseam for ladies who like to rock less leg.
We've added a drawstring so you can adjust the waistband.

If you love your FOHER it will love you right back! Follow these steps to keep your kit in tip top shape:
- If not washing immediately, rinse then air before washing.
- Suncream, chamois cream, sweat and energy/hydration producs play havoc with lycra, rinse!!
- Turn printed garments inside out to wash.
- Wash on sport or gentle cycle in cold water or water up to 30 degrees Celsius.
- Only use a sportswash or gentle detergent.
- Avoid excessive abrasion eg. check edges of hydration packs or run belts for sharp points, avoid sitting on rough surfaces, check rub sports on your saddle etc.
- Wash like with like, use washbag for fine garments like cycle jersey's, fasten zips, remove velcro or place in separate wash bag.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Air dry in the shade.
- Use steam or a sports wash like Canesten to eliminate odours.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring. Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.
Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.
CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you.
WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.
HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.
These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.

These are hands-down the best running shorts I've worn. Winning features are: the huge pockets; the wide, comfortable waistband; wide leg bands that don't give you sausage legs; the smooth feel of the fabric. One drawback with the In The Navy model is that the blue colour is dyed over white fabric, which shows through at stretch points. I bought a Large (after consulting customer service - I was between sizes on the chart). The shorts fit nicely, but I am a Medium in all other brands.

I loved the fit and style of these shorts. Unfortunately though, when worn and the fabric is therefore stretched, the underlying white colour of the fabric shows and is rather see through. Ended up having to return these, such a shame as I was so hopeful that I'd finally found the perfect fitting shorts!

We wanted to follow up and provide a bit more context about the issue you noted with the fabric appearing lighter or ‘see-through’ when stretched. What you experienced is what we refer to in the industry as grinning. It's when the white base textile becomes visible as the fabric stretches over certain areas and the printed surface fibres separate. It’s not actually a transparency or see-through issue, but rather a visual byproduct of printing vibrant colours onto that white technical performance fabric.
The In the Navy shorts you tried are made from a 270gsm (grams per square metre) performance textile which is significantly thicker and more opaque than many comparable products on the market. This fabric is intentionally selected for durability, moisture management and comfort in endurance sports.
That said, some prints and cuts are naturally more prone to grinning than others, and we understand it’s not a look that everyone will experience or like. A different colourway might offer you a better experience and in some cases, going up a size can also help reduce the stretch on high-tension areas and lessen the appearance of grinning.

I love wearing these shorts on my runs! The pockets really are a game changer. They don’t sag or move around and when I have anything in them they stay in place and don’t pull the shorts down my leg!! The wide band for the thighs and waist are incredible and don’t slip! Only slight thing is the inner seem can be a bit annoying but doesn’t put you off it!

My current favourite running short. I bought size M and I’m normally size 6 in Lululemon if that helps! I really like them and will buy another pair now. The only thing I would add is that the return policy is a little harsh! I was very careful with size and glad I chose correctly.
