Want pockets? Want coverage? Want comfort? FOHER Co run hipsters have been a game changer for our runstars and because you all asked so nicely, we've a brand spanking new all-black STAPLE design for days when you don't want to think about what to wear and just run.
Featuring bilateral side pockets and a zip pocket in the waistband for those who need a little extra space for their phones and other run stuff, alongside a longer 8.5" inseam for ladies who like to rock less leg. We've added a drawstring so you can adjust the waistband.

Care Information
If you love your FOHER it will love you right back! Follow these steps to keep your kit in tip top shape:
- If not washing immediately, rinse then air before washing.
- Suncream, chamois cream, sweat and energy/hydration producs play havoc with lycra, rinse!!
- Turn printed garments inside out to wash.
- Wash on sport or gentle cycle in cold water or water up to 30 degrees Celsius.
- Only use a sportswash or gentle detergent.
- Avoid excessive abrasion eg. check edges of hydration packs or run belts for sharp points, avoid sitting on rough surfaces, check rub sports on your saddle etc.
- Wash like with like, use washbag for fine garments like cycle jersey's, fasten zips, remove velcro or place in separate wash bag.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Air dry in the shade.
- Use steam or a sports wash like Canesten to eliminate odours.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring. Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.
Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.
CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you.
WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.
HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.
These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.

These shorts are super comfortable, very soft and stretchy material. No rolling down at the waist or riding up of the legs. I am in a size large , I am a medium in other Australian brands such as Lorna Jane or Abie and Joseph. So do check the measurements and/or double check with customer service. They are super nice, friendly and prompt. I have quite a high waist and these come right up into my waist which I like. Though I believe you can fold the top over. They stay put and don’t need hitching up at all. Love them 😊

I am always self conscious of my legs and have been looking for a pair of black shorts for quite literally years. All the ones I try on make me look humungas or roll down at the waste or give me a front wedgie. These were my last attempt to find a black pair of running shorts and O.M.G THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! I've always struggled with finding running shorts that don't bunch up on the legs and don't slide down from your hips. These shorts stay in the exact right place and are so comfortable! These are super comfy, the big pockets are great and they stay put. They don't creep up so there's no rubbing.
I would like the shorter pairs to have pockets too.
