Palmeta is inspired by the unbranched evergreen tree of tropical and warm regions, with a crown of very long feathered or fan-shaped leaves, and in some cultures a leaf of a palm tree is awarded as a prize or viewed as a symbol of victory. We take that to the roads and mountains we climb as we forever chase our personal goals and dreams. Seams are streamlined and classically minimal and carefully positioned to prevent chafing. We've gone a step further and upgraded our Chamois to an even more comfortable, high quality Italian made lady part protector. Our leg bands are laser-cut and soft silicone injected leg grippers to ensure the most flattering fit. Our bibshorts do not bunch and stay put from the time you put them on until you get home. Always classy with minimal FOHER logos. We let the design do the talking. The upper shoulder straps are silky and comfortable forming a lightweight and breathable design for ventilation and quick dry action.

If you love your FOHER it will love you right back! Follow these steps to keep your kit in tip top shape:
- If not washing immediately, rinse then air before washing.
- Suncream, chamois cream, sweat and energy/hydration producs play havoc with lycra, rinse!!
- Turn printed garments inside out to wash.
- Wash on sport or gentle cycle in cold water or water up to 30 degrees Celsius.
- Only use a sportswash or gentle detergent.
- Avoid excessive abrasion eg. check edges of hydration packs or run belts for sharp points, avoid sitting on rough surfaces, check rub sports on your saddle etc.
- Wash like with like, use washbag for fine garments like cycle jersey's, fasten zips, remove velcro or place in separate wash bag.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Air dry in the shade.
- Use steam or a sports wash like Canesten to eliminate odours.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Grab your tape measure, make sure it is held flat, not twisted and always make sure that it is held firmly, not cutting in or squashing the area you are measuring. Please take the measurements below and compare them to the size chart to find the size that is right for you.
Taking your measurements whilst naked will give you your exact measurements, but if you intend wearing a garment (like a sports bra under your trikit), then take your measurements with those garments on.
CHEST/BUST – Place tape measure around the fullest and widest part of your bust (usually the part with the nipples!) Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back, or squash you.
WAIST – Place tape measure between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bones (the easiest way to find your waist is to stand in front of front of a mirror and suck your tummy in hard - you should see it!). It's also usually the narrowest part of your natural waistline.
HIP – Place the measuring tape around the fullest, widest part, usually over your bottom or at the top of your thighs between your hips and thighs.
HEIGHT – In bare feet, stand against a wall and mark the point perpendicular to the top of your head. Measure up to this point from the floor.
These measurements do not include ease, which is the amount of extra space allowed in a garment for comfort and movement. The amount of ease added can greatly differ depending on the fit of the garment.
